Rate Sheet
- We only accept payments by cash, credit card, or bank transfer.
- A 50% rental retainer is required to officially secure your reservation.
- All CAPITOL HEIGHTS events require a refundable damage deposit of $500.
- All BOWIE events require a refundable damage deposit of $750.
- The damage deposit will be returned to the Renter within 1-3 business days, providing Renter leaves on time as contracted, there is no damage to the venue and all rental policies have been followed.
- CAPITOL HEIGHTS is not permitted to have any ticketed or public events. All such events will be cancelled upon discovery.
- BOWIE is permitted to have ticketed events, however, all ticketed events will require an additional $400 fee for security.
